I’ve been making and refining this granola for several years now, it’s something we’ve enjoyed and has always been better than store bought granola. It’s light and crisp, with organic rolled oats, a healthy amount of pecans and walnuts, spiced up with cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. I make a brown sugar syrup that adds just enough sweetness with a hint of salt to balance out the flavors. Slow baked and packaged for you to enjoy.
